We want you to love your Y.M.K BOUTIQUE jewelry! If you're not completely satisfied, here's how we can help:

• Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Exchanges: We're happy to exchange for a different size or style within 14 days.
• Gold-filled jewelry: Please note that gold-filled pieces are not solid gold. To maintain quality, avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfume, and sweat.
• Non-returnable items: Earrings (for hygiene reasons) and final sale items cannot be returned.
